This is my First Class.How early should I arrive?
Please note: We are glad you are here!
If you are new to our studio you must arrive at least 15 mins early.
This will allow your instructor enough time to give you a proper intro to the equipment, the Lagree method and the class. For your safety, late arrivals will not be admitted to class and we will work with you to reschedule. Thank you for your understanding!
What Should I Wear?
Grip socks are required (we have some nice ones for sale in the studio) and we suggest fitted workout attire. Loose clothing is fine, but tends to get in the way. Bring your water bottle & fill up at our filtered clean water fountain.
Do I Need a Special Class For Beginners?
No. All of our classes are geared for All Levels. The atmosphere is very welcoming and whether you are an elite athlete or a straight up beginner you are sure to have a great workout. However, we are always happy to schedule a Private or Semi-Private session should you prefer.
What Are Your Health Safety Measures?
We have the studio professionally cleaned 2x per week. The Megaformers are 6 feet apart. We clean each machine thoroughly after every class. Our studio classes accept a limitied amount of participants and all workout tools are cleaned after each class.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
We require reservations to be cancelled on the MindBody App 4 hours prior to class start time. Phone calls or emails to the studio do not guarantee cancellation. 1 Class will be automatically deducted from your class package as a result of late cancellation.(After the 4 hour time limit)
If you are unable to attend a class, please be sure to cancel your spot so that the instructor knows and so a waitlisted client has the opportunity to attend.
There will be an automatic $10 fee applied to any "no shows". (a -no show-is a client who has registered for a class but did not cancel nor did they come to class)
Can I Share My Package?
Yes! Packages can be shared by family members! Each of you will set up your free account on the Mindbody app and then please contact the front desk so we can link your accounts together.
Can I Freeze or Extend My Package?
Packages cannot be frozen or extended.
