If you're new, arrive 15 minutes early to get acquainted with the equipment and studio. Late arrivals won't be admitted and will need rescheduling.

Grip socks are required (sold in studio), and fitted workout clothing. Loose clothes are fine, but they can get in the way.

We deep clean the studio twice weekly, with Megaformers spaced 6 feet apart. Each machine is sanitized after every class.

Reservations must be canceled at least 10 hours before the class through the MindBody App. A $10 fee applies for no-shows—clients who reserve a spot but neither cancel nor attend.
